Neat, clean and tidy
Beds were soft and comfortable
Water pressure in the shower was excellent
Secure mechanical parking at the basement
I was disappointed with what seemed to be poor coordination by the staff. Prior to my arrival, I was informed that the credit card payments were temporarily unavailable and I had the option for either paying in cash or using the bank transfer. We agreed to proceed with the bank transfer
However, when I had arrived, the receptionist denied that the bank transfer option was available. The only way to pay was via cash. This wouldn't be much of an issue except I had been up since 4 am and felt bothered about hunting down an ATM
