The area was downtown, close to supermarkets and local restaurants.
The pool has nice view and clean.
Instruction of check-in and out and handling equipments such like electric hob were so clear.
There was a significant plumbing issue during my stay:
- The sink started leaking, and instead of hiring a professional plumber, two female staff members tried to fix it themselves.
- The water had to be completely shut off while they left to purchase replacement parts and get additional tools.
- Right after they finished the first repair, water started spraying out again because the fittings were loose.
- They had to re-enter the unit with a spare key while I was out to finally tighten it properly.
While the staff were friendly and responsive, issues like plumbing should be handled by a qualified technician from the start.
