The dining table will comfortably seat eight people. There is a Queen in each of the three bedrooms and a comfortable twin size trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom as well . If you are looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind, this is it. The views/location were absolutely stunning, and the property itself felt like a private oasis. It was the perfect home base for our trip.

The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and I was grateful to find a couple of pots that were not nonstick! The location of the house in Cambria within walking distance of the Bluff trail and other assorted trails was amazing. Our group of 7 fit comfortably around the dining room table for meals as well. The bedding was feather free during our stay, which was so appreciated, as 5 of the 7 of us are allergic to feather bedding. One of the kids was allergic to the scented detergent that was used to wash the linens, developing a full body contact dermatitis, but I had a set of towels that I keep in my car just in case and the other family had a sleeping bag still in their car from camping, so with some antihistamines and our additional hypoallergenic supplies he was feeling better quickly and able to enjoy his vacation too. We would happily stay here again.

Berwick at Wales was a wonderful place for our annual Cambria gathering with our friends and goddaughter. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view out to the sea from the deck. It provides easy access to the Fiscalini Preserve, where we love to walk and/or jog. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and baking, the living room is spacious, and the bedrooms very comfortable. We hope to return again soon!

We returned to the Berwick at Wales house for our summer vacation (2nd time). Beautiful, up-to-date home. Comfortable furnishings. We liked that the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to fix family meals. Used the outdoor barbecue grill. Good view of ocean from deck.
