Good but slow on refills. Nice pastries
Only one coffee machine so lines were long. No omeletes offered.

Location is convenient. Good cleaning service
Room size is tight, especially when you travel with a baby with 2 suitcases. There’s no area wide enough to open suitcase for access

A good hotel, and I picked it mainly for the neighbourhood — the green streets around Hamacho and Ningyocho are lovely to walk, and it turned out to be quiet and calm, which I appreciated after busy days in the city. There are plenty of small restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the metro is literally steps away.
Breakfast was good. The rooms, of course, are on the small side. Ours even had a full-size bathtub — but honestly I would rather have given up the tub and taken those extra two square metres for the room itself. That is exactly the space I felt was missing.
There is a laundry room, but the machines were usually occupied, and a wash cycle takes longer than at a local laundromat — so for a big load I'd just walk to one nearby.

Location good but on quiet street. Need 10 mins walk to dining area and station
No luggage forwarding service. Staff not helpful to point out or assist to get external forwarder. It was later we realised that there is a designated Yamato forwarded luggage area at the lobby which the staff did not even tell us when we first enquire about this.
