Location is excellent for Seville centre. The apartment was very comfortable for a couple with all required conveniences. The host kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost. I'd highly recommend Lola 14 Suite and will stay again!
A small point is that the street was a little noisy at night.

Great location, very clean and well maintained. Great neighborhood vibes and excellent restaurant like El Puma Bar just one block down
It’s very difficult to get taxi or uber service, which is only a problem if you’re trying to get to the airport and don’t leave enough time to walk to a main road.

Using a key code for the front door and apartment door was easy and it meant you couldn't lose the key. The balcony got lots of sun. The hot tub was good to use
The stairs from the dining area down to the bedroom were a little steep for my wife.
We could have done with some instructions on how to work the jacuzzi and the combi oven
There were no T towels provided

Very large and spacious apartment
Rooftop was a bit lacking. Not somewhere that you would want to while away the hours in the heat.
It was in a reasonable location but probably 30-40 minutes walk from the centre of town, so bear that in mind. You couldn't just pop back to relax in the middle of the day without have to walk a bit.
The apartment itself was quite basic and did not look as snazzy as the photos.
It was nice having plenty of space, and the facilities were otherwise good.
If I went to Seville again I would probably splash out slightly more to get something more central with a nicer roof terrace to escape the heat of the day.
