About this apartment rental
One bedroom, two bath partial ocean view fifth floor. Nice kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. Bright and cheery! Good walking, windsurfing, kitesurfing and whale watching property. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper. Complimentary High Speed Internet plus wifi!
Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

The property is wonderful but this unit needs updating! The bed is very old and uncomfortable and sits on an old metal frame. Sleeping was very difficult. Carpet is old and should be replaced with the new laminate. Appliances are also old. Would not stay in this unit again and come to Maui twice a year.

The location was great property was well looked after. Unfortunately the unit itself was very dated and dirty looking. The carpet had big stains on it. Bed was very tired sloped to the centre. I would recommend this condo but beware of some of the rental units if you are one that likes cleanliness.
