About this apartment hotel
The room is located just blocks away from downtown Beaufort, full of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room itself is inside of a small Eco-friendly hotel. There are two covered porches on the property, as well as a covered garage on the ground floor. For those of our guests who elect to bring a pet, we do have several areas on the ground floor where you can allow your pets to do their business; there are doggy bags provided in those areas. We do have a pet fee of $30 a night plus tax.
It is one large room with a queen bed as well as a full sized sleeper sofa. It does have a full private bathroom, with a tub and shower combo. The kitchenette has a dishwasher and a two top stove with enough dishes and silverware for four people.
Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am. Discovery diving is open from 8 am to 9 pm. If you will be arriving later, please let us know, so we can make arrangements for you.
We hope you enjoy your stay!

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the property is close to the Historic site.

The vrbo owner was very helpful. I appreciated her input. The property location is excellent. Parking was nicely on the property. There was a little issue at check-in which I do not understand - but they made it right - no additional charges . It is a little dated and weather has taken some toll - but over all very good. I would stay here again.

We had reserved two nights on VRBO, but they only had us for one night. Not sure who’s responsible for the error, but it was a major inconvenience.

The property and staff are super nice. This is probably our 5th stay. The rooms are cute, you are within walking distance of downtown, and close to things. The staff and property can't help the loud convenient store next door, or the loud motorcycles zooming at 1am and people screaming outside your door. The only complaint I have is the dog walk area the mosquitoes are HORRIBLE. I had to go buy a long sleeve shirt and sweatpants to go walk my dog. Very uncomfortable in 90 degree weather. My husband and I are covered in bites. But, again, it is a good location except for the store and the mosquitoes and the staff is super friendly. Check in and out process was simple. Messaging back and forth was a breeze too.
