Beautiful historic home. Courtney was an amazing host the house well maintained and is in a great area and close to everything. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay with family for graduation or visiting the Parris Island/Beaufort area.

The house itself is just as described, plus it has fun quirky old house charm which we just LOVED! The beds are all very comfortable foam mattresses, the AC works great, and it has plenty of extra towels and comforters. But the best part is that it is by far the most well appointed BnB I’ve ever rented and I’m at over 12 various rentals. They have literally thought of everything you might need and then some! Coffee maker, but also a kurig and tea kettle, a toaster, an iron and ironing board, ceiling fans in all the rooms, a large box fan, over the door hooks, a pack n play, night lights, dvd player and dvds, luggage racks, make up wipes… SO many helpful things! We stayed for my nephews destination wedding and the door hooks were so helpful with our long dresses! The location was perfect for trips downtown to look at the little shops and Courtney was so responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely rent the house again without hesitation!

Started out with given the wrong house code. After getting no call from Courtney for 30 minutes, I called customer support at VRBO.Finally a call was returned with a workable code. House was as described. First night the smoke detectors started beeping. Put a call into Courtney. She answered my text and sent a maintenance person to change the batteries. Unfortunately this didn’t fix the problem. I sent another text and was told a maintenance person would return. This didn’t happen. The chirping continued….I haven’t heard from Courtney even after letting her know we had checked out.
