Bad experience

The host is very kind

Report for serious hygienic-sanitary deficiencies. The apartment assigned to us was located on the fourth floor of the structure and had obvious cleaning, hygiene and maintenance problems. There were clusters of mold in the corners, while in the common areas we found the presence of a mop and a mat left on the stair railing, a circumstance which conveyed a general image of poor care of the structure. From the first day of our stay we detected numerous critical issues in terms of hygiene. There was a significant amount of dust on the wardrobes, inside the radiators, on the television and under the bed, elements which suggest superficial or in any case inadequate cleaning before our arrival. Furthermore, the wardrobe made available to guests was not actually usable, as a multi-purpose vacuum cleaner bin had been placed inside, completely limiting its functionality. We also found that the PVC cable ducts in the apartment were seriously damaged, contributing to highlighting a general state of insufficient maintenance. In addition to the problems described above, during our stay we repeatedly found the presence of cockroaches inside the apartment, especially in the evening hours (from a quick check, they seem to belong to the Blattella germanica species). It was not an isolated episode, but rather a constant presence that made the stay particularly unpleasant and a source of great discomfort. Furthermore, when we woke up we frequently experienced nasal congestion with abundant mucus production and repeated sneezing. We believe it is appropriate to report them in light of the terrible hygienic conditions found in the accommodation.

10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Extrem de liniștit și de plăcut.

The apartment is well positioned and being on the top floor means that you have a view on tree canopies, not ugly buildings.

The apartment needs a serious upgrade, especially the bathroom. Everything is old, the bedmat needs to be changed, the walls painted, new WHITE COTTON! bedlinen and towels should be purchased. What I didn't like: when you open the window you can smell what all 3 floors underneath are cooking and the walls are thin enough to hear your neighbours' arguments.
