This house is perfect for families! Great layout and close to camps for kids (literally right up the street). It allowed my husband and I to work during the day and then pick them up quickly and easily. The house is a very short drive to downtown Southampton and it's beautiful beaches. We would book this house again!

The house was spacious and the pool was fabulous! We were able to spread out and several of the adult children could work remotely from separate rooms. It was just what we needed for our stay.

House was spacious and had a great layout. Busy road but quite backyard with gorgeous pool and amenities. The kitchen was wonderful to cook and house accommodates many very comfortably. Would highly recommend this property. BC

This property was super for the get-together of our extended family of 7 adults and 4 children, ranging in age from 2 to 11. Especially important for the toddlers were the fence around the pool and gates at top and bottom of the stairs. There are some toys, which kept the little ones busy for hours. The pool is heated, which made it very inviting to all of us.The layout of the house gave us good separation. Babies could nap undisturbed, and adults were provided a bit of privacy.The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with great appliances, including a stove with built in grill.Everything was spic and span. There were lots of towels for bath and pool. Also all was as shown in the listing.Mike, the owner, was very responsive to all queries. He usually replied within an hour or two. He has put together a binder, which is a great resource for finding anything you want in the area.We were extremely pleased with our choice of this house.
