NIce home. Walkable to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to work with as we had to adjust our dates a few times. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, great location just steps away from downtown Bentonville. Bike storage in the garage is a plus. A couple opportunities for improvement include: please provide more pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and storage containers. Buy a newer Roku for the TV in the living room. It was nearly impossible to watch any streaming TV (using my own accounts - none were installed/active) because the Roku was so old, slow, and laggy. Add an over-the-air antenna to the TV so that vistors can at least watch something on TV. And get the plumbing fixed to avoid waste backup.
