Cleanliness, proximity to the Pisa tower, cheerfulness of the hosts , and excellent food at the restaurant run by the host!! Try their Paparadelle Cinghiale, the best.
Sylvia and Paradese were very accommodating and it felt like home.
We wish we could have stayed longer .
The room and the beds were comfortable. Kids had their own beds and they loved it.
Recommending this place highly.
