By car in 40 minutes you can reach the Cinque Terre by walking or by boat. From Lerici and Tellaro there are also several paths that can be traversed by the sea. The nearest station is Rometta from where the train that runs through the Garfagnana and arrives in Lucca starts. for trekking lovers, numerous paths go to discover the Appennino Tosco Emiliano park and the Parco Apuane Alps. Fivizzano is also a stop on the Via del Volto Santo which, through natural landscapes, reaches Lucca.

We loved our stay in Fivizanno. The cottage was peaceful with amazing views. Enjoyed being in nature and seeing the roosters and donkeys too. It’s a short walk into town so the location was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
