One of the finest homes in Avalon with panoramic views from three sides of the magnificent wrap-around deck. Families and couples only. This is a quiet neighborhood. Three stories-gourmet kitchen, living and dining rooms, one bedroom and bath on top floor, and remaining bedrooms and baths on lower two levels. Restored early 20th century interior. Wonderful place to stay in Catalina with an unbeatable deck and view. Very comfortable for group of 9. We had a minor issue with the shower and they responded immediately and fixed the issue! One tip is no beach towels at the home so pack your own. Thanks for a great trip.

We had an excellent time staying at this VRBO on Catalina Island! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Catalina Island!

This was a great property for our trip! Close and walkable to pretty much everything you would need. The property was well appointed, we enjoyed the spacious patio in the mornings and having three bathrooms was incredibly convenient! The only thing that would have made this better was to have an included golf cart, but you can certainly get around without one. We would stay again.

View was amazing! However, the property smelled musty and the carpet on the bottom 2 floors was dirty. It seems like there may have been previous water damage that needs to be fixed by either the owner or property management company. House was a bit out dated. Needs some TLC.
