Beautifully upgraded oceanfront condo at the Mauna Lani Resort, only steps away from the beach! B301 is a newly updated 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath condo located on the top floor of the B building - offering gorgeous ocean and sunset views. This supremely located condo has vaulted ceilings, expansive views, tropical decor and new tile floors throughout. The living room features a flat screen television while the completely renovated kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The large master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private master bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (that may be converted into a king bed upon request at time of booking), a flat screen TV as well and an attached guest bathroom with large walk-in shower. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators).
**Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace B301 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 7/19/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.

B301 is a super location for the terraces and the view is amazing. Condo is well equipped but unfortunately we had plumbing issues with the master shower and was unable to use it. However management said they would credit one night for the inconvenience. Other than that all was great.

Great location, clean, well equipped overall but would have preferred more saucepans with lids. Convenient to the water. Great bbq facility

This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time were at the Big Island!
