About this house rental
Our sophisticated home is situated on a prime spot overlooking the Pinellas Biking/Walking Trail. This 3 story home features wood floors throughout, beautiful matching wood cabinets in kitchen, granite counter tops & both full baths have Jacuzzi tubs! The spacious family/fireplace room have access to the wrap around balcony over looking the newly updated heated pool area/trail where you can also relax and watch the sunset.
Outside features private fenced in pool area surrounded by lush tropical plants and foliage, grill and Jacuzzi. There is also a gym on the first floor.
Only 30 Minutes from famous Clearwater Beach and Dunedin beaches are 10 mins. Close to downtown Palm Harbor and Tarpon Sponge docks. Minutes away are many shopping/malls, restaurants, parks, beaches, golf courses, and endless Florida weather activities to choose from. Tampa International airport is a 30 min drive.
HEATED POOL: We will ask to collect $20 charge per day (plus tax) from guests requesting the pool to be heated during their stay.
HIGH CHAIR/PACKNPLAY: Available upon request.
SOFA BED: Please request in advance and we will have the bed made up for your stay.

We loved our stay in Palm Harbor! The house is beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every day. The grounds were gorgeous and we loved having the Pinellas trail right behind the house to go for our morning walk. Prior to staying, I was a little concerned about noise from the trail but it was pretty much non-existent. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood and home were both very clean and in a great location. The house is right next to a walking trail just 15 min from a big playground with walking trails around the water. The house had everything extra we needed for kids including beach/pool toys, high chair, pack n play, and baby gates. The house in itself has all you need for a fun family vacation! The only negatives to say was our door code was wrong when we arrived and it took almost 2 hours for someone to message me back with the correct code. Also, we rented this property in December and paid for the pool to be heated everyday. When we got there Saturday the kids were all ready to swim but the heater had not been turned on so the water was ice cold. Maintenance did come over to turn it on within 30 minutes but it took almost 2 days for it to be really warm. Luckily the hot tub was plenty warm for the kids. Overall, a great experience!
