Our Gulf Place Caribbean condo has been beautifully updated. We have a view of the Gulf, heated pool and lake from the third floor. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with fresh new bedding. Kids will love the twin bunk bed area that is tucked into the hallway. For extra sleeping space the new living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper that features a comfortable memory foam mattress. You will find that the kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished with stainless steel appliances. You will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.
There is enough seating in the dining area for six. The deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and gulf breeze from the third floor balcony.
There is so much to do without ever having to leave Gulf Place. A number of wonderful restaurants and shops are just steps away. There are three swimming pools that are heated year round, not to mention tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole. Gulf Place has 3 deeded beach access points!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! Even though the unit is on the third floor, getting in and out was easy thanks to the elevator. Unloading luggage was simple as well, with convenient luggage carts available to use.When we walked into the unit, it was clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the balcony offered a nice view to relax and enjoy.The on-site pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was exactly what you’d expect—nice and hot! The refrigerator was surprisingly spacious and easily held everything we brought with us.Whether you prefer eating out or preparing meals in the unit, you’ll have everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and a dining table that makes eating in convenient. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was also a huge plus and made our stay even more comfortable.Overall, we were very impressed with this property. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. We would happily stay here again!

Great week in a great location. The condo was perfect for my daughter and me but would also be good for a couple with one or two children who would enjoy the bunk bed set up. Easy access to the beach and plenty of pool space. Traffic on 30A is always dicey mid-day to evening but in and out for this complex was relatively easy on the evenings we ventured out. Solid recommendations for Outcast Pizza, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Down Island Gulf Seafood and, of course, The Red Bar. On the evenings we stayed in we had a well equipped kitchen. For the limited need we had to communicate with our hosts, they were prompt to reply and make sure all was well for our visit.
