I was arriving for my brothers funeral. As this was the only VRBO that was available I grabbed it without really reading the description. The owner is an amazing woman who did all she could to make our stay as wonderful as possible during this hard time for our family. The house is cute but it is 150 years old. If you are looking for rustic and vintage vibe this house is the one for you. This house is very close to a nice clean beach. Please note for those with mobility issues.. there are many stairs in this house. to enter the house you must go up stairs and the 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. The staircase is very narrow. Due to my health issues I chose the pull out couch on the first floor. The upstairs as well as main level has a very cute porch that gets the ocean breezes. So lovely to sit there in the morning with a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy. An A/C unit was added upstairs while we were there thanks to the generosity of the owner which helped with the high mid-day heat. Other mobility issue to keep in mind beach is about 5 houses away so you need to walk or get dropped off. And laundry unit is in a separate unit on the property in the basement,, and bathroom is very small... as we had a member of our family who is 6'4 was a bit tight in room and shower. But, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. And again owner and her sister are very friendly and kind. This house suited our needs at a time we needed it most. TY

The house has so much character, very old house, feels like stepping back in time and me and my family love it. Very clean. Lots of places to just relax and be by yourself if you want some quiet time. Communication with host is very easy, very responsive. I also love that it is so close to the beach, you can see it from the porch. And the small town atmosphere is so nice. Highly recommend!

It was a great week there. The owner has a very easy process of check in and out. Just steps away from the water and plenty of items to use. Saves you from more packing. Very clean and related atmosphere.
