There is no beach view with this unit. It is located at the entrance of the property. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The beach is only a 5 minute walk through the gorgeous grounds and onto the boardwalk.A note for pet owners. The pet fee is already included in your VRBO invoice. Please ignore the instructions found on the countertop which state to go to the management office and pay Ocean Villas the pet fee. They charged us 50 knowing that we did not rent through them. We reported this mistake to the owner's rental agency. They responded in a timely manner and offered to refund us half of the cost.Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at the condo. It was immaculate just like in November. The small seafood restaurant across the street has delicious food and the Hurricane grill has a fun atmosphere. The Oasis is also within walking distance.
