Legacy #703 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. Sleeps 8.
Legacy is a 9 story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with waterfall. The property also has a barbecue grilling area. | *No Winter Monthly's. 2 car limit.

Great property. Right on the beach. Our family of 7 had plenty of space. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean and the pool. This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We would definitely come back!

Overall very happy with our experience! Loved being right on the beach and being on the 7th floor gave us a great view from the balcony. The place needed some paint touch ups, the couch was a little shaggy looking and a little inconvenient that there was no pantry to put all our food into so we had to keep it out on the counter all week which made it feel super clustered. The bed sheets could have been better too, they felt super cheap. Very happy with how fast the host communicated with me and would definitely recommend this place in the future!

Property was very spacious and clean. Our family enjoyed it very much and loved being able to sit on balcony and see the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked.

The Legacy is a decent place to stay not just real expensive on arrival we get there and our unit is available for early check in which is great the unit is clean so we get unpacked and head to the pool well it’s clear but a bunch of debris this on a Friday evening so we get up Saturday head to the beach come back same way Sunday same Monday same I call and ask they say they will call HOA Tuesday same Wednesday same Thursday appears to be better looking from above but several bugs now someone came out and dipped a bunch but couldn’t get them all the stay there was great but the pool for whatever reason just wasn’t cared for and the dryer broke too but I guess those things happen so we couldn’t do out laundry
