Disappointing but Livorno amazing

It was clean

Had trouble accessing the building, it was booked late and we had difficulty with vikey, did not get the form until we had been waiting half an hour. Eaten by mosquitoes while waiting, no instructions to get the lift up to the fourth floor. No lights in the hallway to help you with the key lock

I absolutely do not recommend these apartments. After payment they did not respond, did not give instructions on how to get the key, the phone was turned off. It seemed that this was done specifically so that I would cancel the reservation. I was with a child, booked other apartments, and here I asked for a refund, but they did not agree and took the money for themselves, I think they are scammers.

Spoiled holiday despite the nice flat

The flat was clean and spacious, conveniently located.

Check-in didn't work as expected, with the result that we had to book our first night at a nearby hotel, spending an extra € 80 (it was cold and already dark, and we couldn't spend time outside with a little kid waiting for instructions that might never come. Calls and messages were unanswered.) When this was solved, too late in our opinion, we moved into the property. The staff who manages the property blamed us and refused to take any responsibility. We can't be happy with this. It honestly spoiled our holiday.
