Electric scooters are available to borrow for use in the nearby area. The staff provide excellent service, and there is a wide variety of breakfast options. The location is great, and the beds and rooms are clean and comfortable.
No small towels or hand soap were provided.

Spacious room with friendly staff. Close to Central Phitsanulok where we have to business to attend.
Not enough re-fill for Breakfast buffet. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 mins for eggs to be re-filled.

I got a message thru booking.com from the hotel saying to contact the hotel before 6.30pm otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Note that this is a business trip and no all of us turn on the notification from booking.com. what if I didn't check my email? what if I finished work late and arrived at the hotel after 6.30 and the hotel released my booking? Then I wouldn't have a place to stay after a long day of work, would I?
Something this important, they should contact guests on mobile not text messaging or email.
