About this cabin rental
This mountain cabin is located within walking distance to the lake/gazebo, restaurants, and many hiking trails. The cabin is nestled in the mountains with beautiful surroundings all around. It has that mountain escape feel, but only 15 minutes from Colorado Springs, 10 minutes to Manitou Springs and 5 minutes to Woodland Park. Home has a 6 person Hot Tub and EV charger upon request for a fee.
This rustic cabin has been beautifully renovated and can accommodate up to six people with three beds and two baths. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare any meal you desire. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room or outside on the patio. During your stay, you can also relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, take advantage of the private hot tub and fire pit, or use the pull-out sofa if needed.
Bedroom 1 (in pictures) is now a day bed with a trundle, which can be converted to a king
Guests access the whole home, patio outdoor fire pit, and hot tub

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Smoking & Fire Safety
No smoking of any kind inside the cabin.
Use designated containers for cigarette disposal only.
High fire warnings may be in place — ensure all ash is fully extinguished.
Fire & Open Flames
No open flames inside the cabin except fireplaces, which must be used with extreme caution.
If you are unfamiliar with fireplace use, please do not use it.
Ensure flames are fully extinguished before sleeping or leaving the cabin.
Fireplace vents must be open when a fire is lit.
Per Green Mountain Falls regulations, no outdoor fire pits or open flames are allowed within city limits.
Hot Tub Rules
No glass near the hot tub (plastic drinkware provided).
No children in diapers allowed in the hot tub.
Cover must be replaced when not in use.
Two people must be used to open/close the hot tub cover to prevent damage.
Pets
Dogs are welcome but must not be left unattended inside the cabin unless crated.
No pets on furniture or beds.
Always clean up after pets and dispose of waste in outdoor trash bins.
$50 charge for excessive pet hair or damage.
Additional charges apply for chewed, scratched, or broken items.
Septic System
Only toilet paper may be flushed (no wipes, even if labeled “flushable”).
Do not pour grease down drains.
Trash & Wildlife
Do not leave food or trash outside.
Secure dumpster lids and locking bars properly to prevent wildlife access.
Parking
Park only in designated spaces in front of your cabin.
Use caution during winter months due to icy conditions.
Checkout Responsibilities
Follow checkout instructions provided prior to departure.
Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional fees.

It was a cute comfy place, I wish it had air conditioning but it was not bad with out it im just used to having it at night but it stayed cool at night with fans.

We were given the wrong address, so drove around quite awhile until I matched the house with the picture on the website . The hot tub was green and smelled horrible- we emptied it, and refilled it (you’re welcome) but there were no chemicals onsite so it smelled again by the time we left. I own two vacation rentals and am only leaving this poor review because no one ever responded when I asked about address and hot tub. In addition, refrigerator is leaking- we kept towels on the floor all weekend. Also, the thermostat on your hot tub is very askew, and could get you in trouble. We set it for 99 and was so hot, we couldn’t get in (we live in CO and keep our hot tub at 104). That’s a liability waiting happen and hopefully no child jumps in without knowing how dangerously hot it is. I LOVE the community so much, and we will be back. I would have appreciated someone getting in touch when we couldn’t find the address and with the hot tub issues. But, the cabin and community are adorable. Please find property managers who care about your cabin.
