Good location and fair price
Water leaked from ceiling in bathroom one of our room, caused the bathroom was unuseable.

great location friendly staff
room had a damp smell but probably due to the work going on next door
6 / 10Average·Feb 2023
The location was good and the room had a fan (no air conditioning but we prefer a fan anyway). The bed was comfy and the shower was powerful.
The room had no outside window, only one that faced into the corridor with no blind and the corridor lights on 24/7. Also this window meant that the room constantly smelt like food being cooked downstairs. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall and the room was damp. Construction works were going on next door to the building which could be loud at times in the day. The staff were not friendly and never said hello back when we returned in the day, even tried to kick us out when we came early to drop our bags off.

"Great location in central Dalat! Staff extremely nice and helpful - I left an item at the hotel and they were able to post it to me! Really nice people :)"
