About this house rental
This charming, historic home overlooks Arcata. It is a pleasant walk to downtown, where you can enjoy the numerous restaurants, farmers market and festivals on the Plaza. You can spend the day exploring, perusing the shelves of books at the Tin Can Mailman, checking out Sci-Fi night at the Arcata Theater Lounge or going to explore the majestic redwoods and wild coastline. It is just a short 2 block walk to Humboldt State University, where you can watch great shows at the Van Duzer Theater. The Arcata Community forest is only 3 blocks away with miles of hiking trails through the redwoods.
Our home has a spacious rolling lawn for bocce ball, or relaxing outside with a cold drink under the tree in the back yard. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen for cooking delicious meals for two, or the whole family. You will find fun dishes for all occasions in addition to a rice cooker, crock pot, blender and so much more!
There is a luxurious king size bed in one bedroom. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds for separate sleeping, or if you would prefer to have them together, they make a second king bed. The yard is full fenced for your four legged friends, so come on out and find all the comforts of home and much more in our charming lemon haven!

Loved everything about the Lemon Haven. Wonderful home in a perfect location. Walking distance to town, Cal Poly, and Community Forest (don't miss this). Our dog loved the yard and special attention for him (comfy sheets, towels, easy rinse off hose, and especially the dog treat jar). Will stay here ageain. Also, easy straight forward communication with host. Do not hesitate on staying at this property.
