Enter into this single level spacious Southwest-style living area featuring a large sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sweeping glass doors that frame stunning views of Ajax Peak. Step out onto the private covered deck overlooking the Beaver Pond, an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening wine, or catching the famous Telluride alpenglow.
The open living and dining area creates a welcoming space for gathering, with seating for six at the dining table and three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and essentials including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and microwave.

If you love nature, you'll love this place. The view of the beaver pond and Telluride Peak and Ajax are marvelous. We watched beavers and ducks and hummingbirds, etc. from the deck. The condo is spacious and bright.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again. It was in a very convenient location. I would not call it ski in/out, but it was a very easy walk to the lift. You could ski it, but it is quite flat so you will be getting a good workout with your poles. It was also an easy walk to the heart of town for restaurants and shopping. The hot tub right next door was great after a full day of skiing. The ski locker right outside the door was great too. Perhaps the best part was the views! The unit has breathtaking views of the mountains. The only thing that could have made it better was to have some extra towels for the hot tub, and some extra pillows/blankets/linens for the pullout sofa, and perhaps just a little bit cleaner, but not a big deal at all. This is not a luxury unit, but very nice & comfortable for a family vacation. The western décor was fun and made you feel like you were in the mountains.
