Katastrofa, unikać jak ognia, co innego na zdjęciach co innego w rzeczywistości

Dobra lokalizacja, wyposażenie apartamentu w porządku, brak czajnika

Na miejscu okazało się że nie zgadza się ani nazwa ani numer ulicy. W otrzymanej dokumentacji widnieje 73 na miejscu zaś oznaczony numerem 67 oraz nazwa „Terrazas del Limonar”. Ani gospodarz ani osoba przez niego wysłana w rozmowie telefonicznej nie posługiwali się językiem angielskim jednak po dłuższej chwili udało nam się trafić na miejsce. Po otwarciu drzwi lokalu poczuliśmy zapach długo niewietrzonego pomieszczenia, stęchlizny. Zgodnie z zawartymi na stronie informacjami opłaciliśmy dodatkowo 50 euro za sprzątanie oraz 20 euro za ręczniki. Po wyjściu gospodarza rozejrzeliśmy się po apartamencie i stwierdziliśmy że obiekt jest ładny lecz wyraźnie zaniedbany i na pewno nie posprzątany. • w kuchni gruba warstwa brudu na lodówce, w szafce znaleziony nieumyty garnek z pleśnią, • w salonie poszewki na kanapie pobrudzone, poplamione, tłuste, szafa stojąca przy wejściu od dołu zgnita, niemyte podłogi; • w sypialni nr 1 odór stęchlizny, przy oknie po lewej stronie widoczny grzyb, w szafie na ścianach grzyb, na jednym łóżku na prześcieradle widoczne żółte ślady – mocz? Pogoda nie była dla nas łaskawa. W trakcie 7 dniowego pobytu 5 dni padało. Okazało się że podczas deszczu apartament jest zalewany wodą deszczową przez drzwi do salonu oraz nieznanymi drogami do sypialni nr 1. Poinformowani o tej sytuacji gospodarz oraz osoba przez niego przysłana nie byli zainteresowani pomocą. Większość czasu spędzaliśmy żeby pozbyć się wody. Po tym jak wyglądały ściany w sypialni nr 1, po zapachu panującym w całym apartamencie można wnioskować że to nie był jednostkowy przypadek, sytuacja powtarza się cyklicznie, gospodarz nie podejmuje środków naprawczych pobierając jednocześnie dopłatę za sprzątanie. Czujemy się oszukani.
