Pajaro Dunes is located on a secluded 1.5 mile stretch of idyllic sandy beach along the Monterey Bay on the beautiful central California coast. Enjoy this incredible vacation spot in 68 Pelican Point, a four bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly on the beach. Because this ramp-accessible unit is located on the top floor, views of the ocean are visible from nearly every room and panoramic vistas from the master bedroom and living room area. With a fully equipped kitchen, and large communal space, 68 Pelican Point is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation, catch up with a group of friends, vacation with another family, share a family reunion or host a conference or retreat.
Many visitors spend their whole vacation here at Pajaro Dunes. You can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset, play board games by the fireplace or read a book while overlooking the ocean. Lay out in the sun, body surf in the ocean, and build a castle in the sand. Take long romantic walks down the beach. For sports fans, there are also Tennis and Volleyball courts available.

I couldn't have been happier with the stay at this unit. The view was breathtaking. You could see both the open ocean and if you looked to the left, you could see Pajaro Slough, which just looks like a beautiful river. The area is teeming with wildlife. The condo's rooms are not small; they are generous. The balcony is also roomy, enough for 3 to sit comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, cooking dishes. I was grateful for the supply of laundry pods, coffee filters, and dishwasher pods. Also, toiletries were in the showers, so nice. Ramps take you up to the third story unit, not stairs, so that makes it easy for rolling your suitcases up. For your other supplies, there are handy big green carts in which to pull them up. Our party was talking about a return trip long before it was time to depart.

What a fantastic stay!! It’s a touch rural so bring in groceries. The condo is in a fantastic spot to explore Santa Cruz, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Big Sur, & Monterey in one trip!! Wish we could have fit a couple more things in still and we stayed a week. We fit in a couple of condo beach days taking advantage of the two closest food options, Starbucks and Firehouse Subs. It was nice to have a couple of chill/quiet days for the kiddos. I honestly wish we could have extended our stay. The unit has a cute little washer/dryer, plenty of dishes, and access to an abundance of towels. The owner left long burning logs for the fireplace that were magical as it gets chilly at night. Pack layers! We were gifted a range of weather.

We were 5 ladies age range from 67 to 74. In order to get your things to this unit, you have to use a property cart and push it up a winding ramp to the 3rd floor. We had one lady that had a foot issue and it was very hard on her to climb up that ramp. It should be in the property description so people know.
The view was lovely, but the furniture is old.
