About this house rental
Cute single bedroom bungalow with a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and two separate twin beds in the family room, perched on a hillside overlooking beautiful canyon lake, this 1970's home has a spacious outdoor deck you can BBQ on. You can watch the sun go down in our tree swing or possibly feed deer that frequently pass by. The early morning view with a cup of coffee is so very peaceful. The home is directly is across the street from a large boat launch and also just a few minutes from inter tubing on the Guadalupe river. Getting into the water to cool off, swim, or boat is easy from here with lake access down the hill and across the street. This one of a kind bungalow hideaway is perfect for your peaceful family getaway from the city when you just want to kick off your shoes and relax. Because the entrance to the Tree House will require some walking up hill on natural stone steps, extreme caution is suggested for those with any kind of physical challenge, poor balance, or weak health. The fireplace is fully functional and operative, but we ask all guests to do not use it, so the home always smells fresh and clean for the next guests who might arrive after them.

If you are looking for a retro and eclectic space, this place is a gem! The treehouse offers a spacious master, living area with roomy sleeping spots and sitting arrangements overlooking a beautiful Lakeview in the distance. It is a quiet and peaceful getaway with much appreciated thoughtfulness to an outside entertaining space. Definitely a place to recharge and reconnect! Highly recommend and will plan a future visit stay!

Cute place. Convenient location to everything. Lake within walking distance by boat ramp 1. If you enjoy exercise, this area will give you a workout! We did a morning walk and omg the roads are hilly and windy and steep. Great workout! Then go jump in the lake! Went for 4th of the July weekend, everyone at the lake was kind and got along. Great neighbors and neighborhood.
