Overall the cabin and the view are amazing! It has to be one of the best views in the Smokies. The cabin is roomy, had a great game room, and a decently stocked kitchen. We had some issues with the washer and dryer, and the host was very prompt. We weren’t able to fix the washer / dryer until the last day, which caused us to run out of clothes and towels, but it wasn’t due to the host not making an effort. We’ll be back to this cabin for sure.

Fantastic View, loved the game room. Amenities were good, but the main fireplace was Out of Order. Some lights were not working, I will assume they just needed light bulbs. My main issue was that I did not have any cell service being up so high in the mountain. Also the key did not work on the door, we were lucky the cleaning lady was still there when we arrive, or else we would not have been able to get inside.

Overall the stay was a good time. Cabin was huge. For the price u pay is definitely iffy. You should have Cleanliness the hot tub was disgusting couldn't use it. Jetted spa tub was disgusting. When you ran the water and turned on jets bunch of nasty black stuff came out so needless to say that wasn't able to be used. The lights about the stove were caked in thick dust. Cob webbs were around the lamps and tables in bedroom and few other places. Other than looking forward to using hot tub then being disappointed about not being able to use the hot tub and spa tub the cabin stay was peaceful. I would say whoever they pay to clean those cabins I'd hire someone new.
