About this apartment rental
High End completely renovated unit (Sept 2017) and 1.5 miles away from Disney. All our units are completely renovated, and near Disney. We put allot of time and money into our units and most importantly try our best to make the whole experience memorable (We are SUPERHOST on other websites). Our units are designed professionally with high quality furniture. Most importantly all our units are affordable and fraction of the cost of hotels. We look forward to serve you!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags.
The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.
From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and even larger than we expected from the listing. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, which made arriving after our travels easy. The condo was well stocked with plenty of both bath and pool towels for our four-night stay, and we appreciated having everything we needed readily available.The host was excellent, very responsive, friendly, and proactive with communication. They provided clear instructions and helpful information before and during our stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free.The only unexpected aspect of our stay, which I don't believe was the host's fault, was a noticeable marijuana odor that we experienced throughout our visit, particularly when we first arrived and returning to the condo after being out. There was never any smoke inside the unit itself, only the smell. While it was unexpected, it was tolerable and didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. I suspect it may have been coming from a neighboring unit or through a shared ventilation system, and I did let the host know about it. Since this is likely something outside of the host's control, I wouldn't let it take away from the quality of the condo or the excellent hospitality we received.Overall, this was a comfortable, well-maintained property with a wonderful host, and we would happily stay here again.

Great location and very clean, comfortable unit. Mark was a great host and his communication was fantastic throughout my trip. Would definitely recommend!

It is a great deal, but the beds are uncomfortable and the noise from freeway steal your rest. It was very clean
