This is a fully private lower-level home with its own separate entrance. The upstairs unit is completely separate and accessed from a different entrance at the rear of the property. There are no shared living spaces, and guests have exclusive use of the patio and all interior areas during their stay.

Beautiful craftsman type style home. Everything seemed as advertised, The host was very communicative and helpful. Maybe a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods, we stayed 4 nights and ran out of both. Would definitely recommend.

This home was incredible for our July 4th family vacation! The 4 of us fit perfectly in the 2 bedrooms - my 6yo took the guest bed and my 3yo’s air mattress fit in there too. The primary was right next door so our kids always knew where to find us in the night. We used the kitchen every day and loved watching movies in the living room or playing games/doing puzzles at the table in the dining room. Never had trouble with parking right in front and we even had brought 2 cars. We’d park our bikes on the side yard and then wheel them out as we wanted. The owner was great with communicating - they were going to be traveling the day we checked in and she proactively reached out to let me know and give me another contact if needed, but check in was smooth! I had a question about the washing machine and the owner responded very quickly and continued to check in to make sure we were set. As they mention in another review, the beach access straight down the street is rocky but my kids still enjoyed visiting! And then we biked a little further along that road and found a sandy beach. We also drove up to the harbor 2 of the days which is super close and very safe with lifeguards!Any neighbor we saw was kind and would chat with us about what to do locally. My 6yo got to join the massive neighborhood bike parade for the 4th and hasn’t stopped talking about it. Will definitely be planning another trip just for this home!

House was clean, check in was easy. AC didn’t work well. House felt extremely humid while ac was on. Beach was a walk away if you want nothing but rocks. Overall ok stay.
