South Palm Springs large 1B/1B condo. Patio and Master Bedroom face West to take in the great view of the mountains, palm trees and sparkling pool and spa. Turnkey furnished with free WiFi and Smart 55 in TV. King size bed and sofa bed in the living room. Covered carport. There are three pools, one which is saltwater, and four spas in the complex heated for the winter. Five tennis courts and two pickleball courts, just steps from you door. The grounds are immaculately maintained and filled with fresh citrus ready to pick. The fitness center offers a dry sauna and gym. There is also a well equipped clubhouse to socialise. Golf and Hiking Trails nearby as well as you will be just minutes away from Downtown, groceries stores and all Palm Springs has to offer. Just bring your bathing suits and a toothbrush and enjoy the desert lifestyle! REMODELLED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WITH NEW APPLIANCES!

I had an incredible stay at Gustavo’s beautiful condo in Palm Springs! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The condo was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was fantastic—convenient to restaurants, shopping, and all the best Palm Springs has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and very safe. The community itself was wonderful, with excellent amenities and a gorgeous, well-kept pool that I enjoyed throughout my stay.Gustavo was an outstanding host. He was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.Overall, this was truly a five-star stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Gustavo’s condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in Palm Springs. You won’t be disappointed!

This gem never disappoints! We have stayed here multiple times and continue to love the property each time we’re here! The location is perfect and the condo itself is truly wonderful! We plan to return numerous times! Honestly…you won’t find a better place with the best host imaginable! We can’t say enough about Gustavo and how quickly he responds to anything we need or want. We feel so lucky to have him be our host. His property manager Erek is also top notch. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in PS…you’ve found it!

Gustavo was the best host.Very response in replys.The place is beautiful and perfectly clean and updated.The condo has a west facing ,which is a perfect close view of the jacinto mountains.plus it over looks a beautiful pool.It was everything we wanted and more.

We’ve stayed in PS numerous times and BY FAR this is our favorite location and complex. Gustavo is an INCREDIBLE communicator and host…so accommodating and helpful! There are many hidden treasures of decor in this unit, the bed is wonderful and the placement of this particular unit is outstanding! Finally, the best review I could give is to rebook…we have! Twice!
