Charming three bedroom cottage located on a quiet, lovely street.
NO Pets allowed. ***There is parking for two cars only.*** Newly renovated, original hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite countertops and new tiled bath. New gas fireplace to enjoy. The cottage is decorated with the true feel of a Cape cottage. It is a 5 minute walk to the ocean beach, playground, walking trails and the famous Sundae school shop. The quintessential little town of Dennisport is minutes away where you can peruse the antique shops, art studio and the many cafes and quaint department store.

The cottage had everything we needed for a great 4th of July weekend on the Cape. Comfortable bed and the snack basket was full of goodies. The host was very responsive and made the stay easy as far as checking in and more. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Such a quaint cottage! Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Check in was easy and owner provided us with a list of restaurants and things to do in the area which was very helpful. The bonus was the fireplace. Each night we came back we turned on the fireplace and enjoyed a cozy night in. We came during March so it was pretty cold. It would have been nice to sit outside on their patio. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the Cape!

The cottage was great. Just what I was looking for. Found a couple great restaurants in the area, even in the off season. The host was great, checking in a couple times during the stay. All in all, it was exactly what I was looking for.
