Quintessential Cape experience. Just off of historic route 6A, this cozy, but roomy beach house sits surrounded by dunes on a beautiful, private stretch of East Sandwich beach. Barrier beach with saltwater marsh behind and Cape Cod Bay at your doorstep. Dunes and position of house relative to neighboring beach houses give privacy and sense of seclusion. Sandy path through dunes spills out onto your private sandy beach. Second floor deck provides panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the entire beach. The three second floor bedrooms all have ocean views and sliders to deck. Living room has fireplace.
Easy access to all Cape has to offer, just minutes to two 18 hole golf courses, restaurants, shopping and antique shops. A perfect Cape vacation spot.

An amazing house steps from the beach! This house was the perfect spot for our parents, family (with two kids) and our dog - the deck was the perfect spot to see the sunrise and set each day, the private path to the beach made it easy to come and go with our kids and we could not have asked for a better stay. Jay was very good with communication and the house had plenty of beach toys, puzzles and chairs to use that we would have been set for the week even if we didn’t bring our own. We will definitely be back!

Another great vacation at this spot. Spectacular views from the deck and plenty of room for everyone. Comes equipped with lots of essentials. We are already looking forward to next year’s stay.

Fabulous location!Everything you could need is here.Very well stocked kitchen,with dishes cups pans and utensils.King size bed very comfortable.Plenty of room in the living room for tv watching and games with the kids.

Jay was helpful in this crazy COVID time. We were so pleased with the cottage and the pictures did not do it justice. We had our beach shoes so the pebbles on the beach did not worry us at all. The smooth sandbars were such fun we took our chairs out and made our sandcastles. Chairs were provided so we didn’t have to Bring them from home. Thanks for a great week!
