About this house rental

Town Neck area 3 bedroom 2 full bath home with 2 decks all hardwood floors. Ocean breezes and Ocean views and walk to cape cod canal, bike path, marina, Treehouse Brewery, restaurants, town neck beach and Boardwalk. 2 story colonial with gas fireplace and private backyard. Two smart televisions including wifi. Terrific local restaurants and bars and a quaint historic town. **** Please note : The hot tub is empty and unavailable for use. There is no air conditioning but lots of fans in every room.

Spacious and beautiful Cape Cod house

Great location! Nice rooms. Stuff that was off- smoke alarm went off for no reason. Also it was hot first day and no AC was hard. But we should have checked for that. Otherwise great location and beautiful neighborhood. Close to beach and Food was great

This house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The front screen door needs fixed and a few other small maintenance items. The only reason I noticed them is because I retired from property management I loved how close it was to several restaurants, the beach and the brewery. All within walking distance. I would definitely rent here again.

This property was the perfect beach house for our weekend trip. Everything looked exactly like the photos, was clean and accurate. The owner made check-in and check-out extremely clear on expectations and definitely provided a reasonable price for its amazing location. I will be staying here again!
