Spacious apartment in a good location, but could do with an upgrade

A spacious apartment in a good location. The living room was nice and bedrooms comfortable.

There was mould covering the bathroom ceiling and a damp smell in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen could certainly do with a bit of an upgrade.
