SEAHORSE SUMMER, located on the 'Old Florida' Indian Pass peninsula, is now available for vacation rentals. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Gulf view home is conveniently located in the Indian Summer neighborhood right next to the Turtle Beach Inn on Indian Pass.
This vacation rental features easy beach access(right across the oyster shell road) and great Gulf views from both porches, one on each level. With four queen beds and two sets of bunk beds for the kids, this home can sleep up to 8 adults, although 6 is the recommended occupancy. The top floor of SEAHORSE SUMMER features an open great room and living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and large porch. The master bedroom, now featuring a SLEEP NUMBER and full bathroom are also located on the top floor. The great room area is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and CD player/stereo for your use. The lower level consists of two guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. Wi-fi is now available!
Renters also have access to the neighborhood Gulf front pool with bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk to the beach!

The Seahorse Summer was just perfect for our group of four kids, two dogs, and four adults! The house is fully stocked with beach toys, backpack/beach chairs, floats, beach wagon, and beach towels. The bonus was the ice maker downstairs- what a perk to fill up before heading to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool, spice, dish, or glass you’d need. Check out what the house has before heading to the store- we were pleasantly surprised. There was streaming and cable tv for a couple rainy days and the kids enjoyed all the extra blankets for an epic fort between bunk beds! The pool was a great touch. It did need to be cleaned before we got in, and Kasey was on top of it! She called the neighborhood HOA and got it cleaned right away. She was so responsive and kind!!Indian Pass Raw Bar being right down the road was one of the main reasons we chose this house. No other restaurants within walking distance, but the drive into town is 15 minutes, and there is a well-stocked Piggly Wiggly and Hunt’s Seafood market with other restaurant options.The internet was slow while we were here (we had a couple work meetings that required us to turn on hotspot) but ALAS- there was a team scoping out the ground for Fiber Internet on our last couple days. That will be a great addition for the neighborhood! Highly recommend for families. The house is so warm, beach and loved in all the right ways. You can tell lots of great memories have been made there. We’ll be back!

This house has the most Amazing set up for a large Family. The bunk room was set up perfect for 6 girls 11-17. The 2nd bedroom with 2 queens we had 3 boys/men in. They played thier video games and were comfortable. The 2nd Story, where do I begin. The VIEW, the sounds of the ocean, the fully stocked kitchen, the super soft furniture you never want to get up from, and the view from the kitchen window, we loved it all. The back deck with high chairs you can relax in and watch the ocean. There is not 1 bad thing I can say about our stay. We have already booked another week this summer. Did I mention how beautiful the beach is? Friendly neighbors, the pool is awesome, and the shells were plentiful. Thank You so much for our terrific stay. Cannot wait to come back. The Owners daughter is who we worked with. She was the most amazing at returning messages and answering all my silly questions. Only thing that could make the stay even better is updated kitchen stove, a normal broom, and maybe a small vacuum. But that is so minor. This house is small but packs a huge punch. I highly recommend it.
