Clean, open floor plan, canal front home in prestigious Jolly Roger estates!! Short boat ride to Pine Channel with direct, easy access to Atlantic Ocean or the back country and Gulf. Boat ramp, fuel, bait and tackle are minutes away in Big Pine Key, which makes fueling and launching your boat a breeze. Rental boats are also available close by in Big Pine Key. For snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is short boat ride away, and is a must see diving experience. Home is located at end of canal system, so your privacy is maximized. Kitchen is well furnished and a gas grill is downstairs to cook your catch of the day or a big fat steak!! Home is situated on a corner lot which gives you plenty of off road parking or you can park inside the completely fenced yard area. What a great property in a nice neighborhood! We were probably the first renters after Irma. The property and the house were clean and tidy, no signs of any damage. The house itself was just as in the pictures, clean, neat and well equipped. Important to us, there were absolutely no signs of smoking, pets, must or mold odors. We cooked all of our meals for 30 days and never missed one item in the fully equipped kitchen. Boat dock worked perfect for our 18’ boat, access to both, Gulf and Atlantic was easy. We took full advantage of provided paddle boards and bikes. Owner is supper easy to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. Our deposit was returned in full and in a timely manner. Would definitely rent again.
