As you will quickly learn, high end modern/rustic amenities abound in this upscale home. From the dramatic 2 story stone masonry fireplace & contrasting colors of the carefully crafted woodwork to giant windows in every room so you never miss the view.
The chef of the group will be delighted with the fully equipped kitchen for a quick snack to a gourmet dinner for everyone to enjoy!
The master suite will instantly fill you with charm featuring a king size bed & an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub & shower. No detail was spared in the wonderful décor here!
Located upstairs is home to 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen size beds with an adjacent bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Need more space? Head downstairs in the living room to a queen size comfy sleeper sofa for more desired space!
But the true star of course is all that awaits you in that fresh mountain air. So be sure to head out to your expansive party deck right by the rushing waters of Fightingtown Creek! Kick back and relax in one of the many comfortable chairs, stay toasty next to the wood burning stone fireplace, catch a game on the flat screen TV conveniently hanging above the fireplace or just enjoy the background music only running water can play! We just spent a week here. It was one of our favorite trips as a family, with this being one of our favorite rentals. The location is great, less than 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, while still being secluded in the woods. It's a nice size property and it's the first place I've stayed where I could fly fish in the backyard. Caught a couple of trout, including a nice one. It was also great for our kids to tube and play in the water!The house was everything we looked for - very accurate to the listing. We especially loved the game room in the detached garage. Open the garage door and enjoy the fresh air!Overall it was a great base camp to explore the mountains. Highly recommend!

The rushing creek and mornings by the fire are worth every dime! This was a getaway with my two grown daughters and their families and it was relaxing, cozy, peaceful…and the kids loved the creek and the backyard playground! Communication was excellent, helpful, and a dose of southern hospitality. I recommend the Fightingtown Nature Park nearby, lots of trails of different lengths…again the kids loved it! Fannin County Recreation Park is huge and gorgeous, with lots of playgrounds and hills…great way to enjoy the area and just let the kids run. Fall Branch Falls is in Cherry Log, about 7 miles down a gravel road and the scenery was so lovely. The hike to the falls is a little steep, but the falls are worth it - a relatively short morning hike and then into Blue Ridge for lunch and coffee…Check out the Main Street playground in Blue Ridge…great for littles to blow off some steam. And speaking of steam, the family favorite was the 2 hour round trip on the Blue Ridge Railroad…the kids loved it! Staying at Rushing Waters at Fightingtown Creek was perfect for a few days with our family…highly recommend. Lastly, the outdoor living area with grills, fireplace is STELLAR!*The only issue of note is you will be without cell service at the cabin and in some of the hiking areas we visited. But there is WiFi at the cabin, a working landline, and plenty of incentive to be truly unplugged. Tip; take screenshots of your GPS maps and save them for when your signal drops out…it happens!

Great cabin! Easy to get to downtown/stores. We had 3 kids age 3-7 and they were able to play in the creek with ease! Will definitely be back

We had a good time at this cabin. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were here but even though it was chilly my grandson loved the creek. Easy access to the creek and we loved sitting out on the back deck listening to the creek. It was so peaceful!!! The kitchen is stocked well and we cooked twice. I would recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to be on the creek and not to far from blue ridge or Ellijay.
