This is a serviced apartment with the main necessities for eating and cooking in the room, if you so wish. There is a conveneince store around the corner GS26 and a great co-op supermarket a 15-minute away. I was allocated their "Studio Apartment" on the back of the ground floor which meant no need to use the lift or the stairs. The apartments a bit difficult to find since it is down an alley off the main street. See the attached photo. Transportation via Grab was reliable and cheap. Some of the staff have limited English, so a translation app can be useful.
Well, the apartment is in a club area, so there was quite a bit of noise, heavy rhythms, an instructor shouting instructions, among everything, but it was always quiet during the rest of the night, and I quickly got used to it if I was back in the room by that time.

alley to the property can be scary at night without street lamp. the bed frame is a little old and make squeaking noise when you move on the bed.
