There was no aspect to this property that we didn't like. EVERYTHING, more than met with expectations, from arrival to departure. Host allowed us to enter the property a couple of hours ahead of time, with no sign of frustration on his part. The apartment was far larger than expected, had more than everything we needed, including a washing machine and very fully equipped kitchen. Host left drinks, slippers, water, for us. Also even thought so much as to provide an umbrella for any rainy days we may experience. Truly an amazing experience and if ever in Rome again, would look to book Livio's apartment before deciding on any other aspect of our stay.
I don't know that anyone could find fault with any aspect of this property or host. Fantastic time.

Room very clean and nice, elevator was a God send. Very close to major attractions and easy access to bus and train. Using bus and train very easy with google maps and credit card as just tap on with card. Use satellite view to work out directions.
Would happily recommend for a couple seeing the sites in rome. Big plus for a washing machine, only one that's had one in 5 weeks of travel
This is a perfect place for a couple travelling to see the sites. Not a bad thing to say

The property is in the perfect location, just 10 minutes from the Colosseum and around a 15–20 minute walk from many of Rome’s major attractions. At first, you might feel like it’s slightly out of the way, but once you get your bearings and discover the little side streets, you’ll realise just how easy it is to get around.
There are also so many fantastic restaurants, cafés and little places to eat nearby, so you’re spoilt for choice.
The host, Livio, is absolutely incredible and couldn’t have been more helpful. From the clear check-in instructions to recommending the best places to visit, eat and explore, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Rome is such a beautiful city, and staying somewhere in such a convenient location with such a fantastic host made our trip even more special. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate — you won’t regret it!
