Freshly renovated with new flooring, furniture, flat screen smart TV's and all new kitchen appliances. We have also updated the primary bathroom tub and shower. You will also find upscale bedding, linens and amenities. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The den also has a sofa sleeper that makes a queen bed. Located in the heart of Baytowne Village you are at the center of it all. Watch the activities directly from your third floor balcony. You are steps away from the elevator, also the pool, grills and the workout facilities are on the same floor. Take a ride on the tram to the beach and enjoy your day in the sun. Return to the village to take in some relaxation, listening to live bands and eating at some of the best restaurants. Whatever it is that you desire on your vacation ... Sandestin has it all. Golfing, Fishing, Tennis, Relaxing or dancing the night away, are just some of the activities at The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Another wonderful stay! This has truly become our favorite vacation spot, and this unit is a big reason why we keep coming back (4th year in a row). The location is hard to beat—the balcony is perfect for relaxing while overlooking the Village and all the entertainment. It’s such a fun place to enjoy the atmosphere without ever leaving the condo.The unit is always exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and feels welcoming the moment you walk in. Everything is within easy walking distance, from restaurants and shopping to live entertainment, so there’s no need to drive once you arrive.The owners are fantastic to work with and always make the experience easy from start to finish. We already look forward to our next visit. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll be glad you did!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Loved the balcony view over looking Baytowne Wharf. Definitely a must if ever in Destin and want a good area to stay at. Can’t wait to go back!!

This was a great place for my family to vacation! The beds were so comfortable and I love how stocked the kitchen was with spices and utensils and pans! Everything felt clean. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and extra trash bags! I think everything else was taken care of though! It does get loud at night being right by the elevator/pool door/ and nightly entertainment but we didn’t mind it! We had a blast! Hope to come back!
