The location of the apartment is midway on the strip so you can access everything conveniently. It was modern and everything was provided in terms of crockery, cutlery, glasswear and pans, even beach towels. The bed was comfortable and the luxury of air conditioning in the 36+ degrees we were experiencing was a blessing. It was spotless on arrival and easy to pick up the keys. It was not difficult to contact the owner if you needed anything. You had a lovely view of the strip, beach and sea from the balcony.
An option of an extra pillow for the bed would have been nice. We knew before we went that we would have use of the Elena apartments for using their pool and sunloungers, however there were only 5 umbrellas and always in use by people with mobility problems so you were either in complete shade up against a wall or in complete sun, which was unbearable. Sunloungers provided on the balcony of the Mirador would have been perfect as an umbrella was provided but also a canopy.

- Posizione ottima, a 1 minuto a piedi dall’Avenida de las Playas;
- Spiaggia attraversando la strada;
- Arredamento;
- Fresco nell’appartamento.
Partiamo dal fatto che quando vado in vacanza, io devo stare meglio di come sto a casa mia. Detto questo, abbiamo riscontrato qualche criticità:
1) letto piccolo e cuscini pessimi, purtroppo;
2) piccoli danni qua e là passati inosservati alla proprietà, come la doccia rotta e la manovella per regolare l’apertura delle veneziane nella camera da letto;
3) il terrazzino è carino, ma la vista non è delle migliori: c’è il solaio del locale sottostante che la fa da padrone. Fino alle 18 è impossibile goderselo, nonostante la tenda, perché il sole lo trasforma in un forno crematorio. A ciò si aggiunge il calore dei motori dei condizionatori dei locali sottostanti;
4) la chiave si ritira in una struttura vicina (Apartamentos Elena); questo non sarebbe un problema se, per ritirarla, uno non dovesse prima cercare parcheggio in una zona proibitiva in tal senso e quindi girare di continuo, e poi, una volta ritirata, camminare sotto il sole cocente senza trovare subito l’appartamento, che tra l’altro ha un accesso in un corridoio secondario parallelo all’avenida che è orribile e che ha una bella rampa di scale;
5) l’accesso all’appartamento si trova in corridoio che ha l’uscita sul retro del ristorante indiano-americano di sotto e quindi fino a tarda notte, anche con i tappi, non si riesce a dormire bene, perché gli addetti alla cucina fanno molto rumore e la finestra della camera da letto dà proprio su questo corridoio;
6) il condizionatore era lercio con muffa, cosa molto pericolosa dal punto di vista della salute.

The inside was clean and new
The area smelt off food and drains very noisy generator to building banging all night delivery to restaurants and staff starts 6am uneven broken tiles open grates you could trip up on water logged approach to apartment vie like a car mechanics garage full of rust and grease not good at all.
