We had a great stay at the Salty Dog. The house was very comfortable and within walking distance to the beach. Overall the house was clean with the exception of food stains on the kitchen cabinets but that was a quick fix. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking implements. The beds very relaxing and everyone slept well. The yard was really nice for our dogs and there is a nice grill as well. During our last night there about 1 am we realized the AC had stopped working. Communication with management was great other than about the AC. We just left early to beat the traffic. I highly recommend the Salty Dog it is a really nice place and great for a family!

Reviewer Comments:
The beach house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the beach. It just doesn't have that 'home away from home' feel. Simple things like hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice. It doesn't have any useable storage to put personal belongings like suitcase. A small desk would have been convenient rather than taking up dining table space with laptop. The vertical blinds are missing slats and need to be replaced. It has great lighting, and the coffee maker was much appreciated. Overall, the look and feel are rather blah.
