Luxurious new 3 Bedroom with high-end bedding and mattresses consisting of King, Queen and 2 Twins, sleeper couch in Living Room and single sleeper in master BR. 2 Full Baths with Jacuzzi tub in master, Kitchen with nice appliances, Washer and Dryer, Fireplace, High Speed Internet, HD Flat Screens in LR and all BRs, Private Balcony with mountain views. One of the nicest condos in Pigeon Forge. Close to everything. 100 yards to The Parkway and attractions. 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our stay at Mountain View 2601. The condo was open, making you feel very comfortable, not closed in. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The icemaker was awesome! It put out plenty of ice & we used a lot! The kids were SO excited to see the giant teddy bears on their beds! It was a great size for our family of seven. We had an issue with the lock (it was totally our issue!) and Mickey was very quick & responsive making sure we got it figured out!The sofa needs replaced. You sink down into it every time you sit down and it's very difficult to get up out of.The second bedroom doesn't have a dresser, just a very small chest that didn't hold much at all. The closet in that room was pretty small as well.The second bathroom needs someplace for you to put toiletries. The vanity was very small & only had enough room under it to store towels. There wasn't a towel bar for when you got out of the shower, nor was there anyplace to put your soap or shampoo when you are showering. The balcony was so nice! It looks out over the walking path they have at the property. There are tons of swings & benches all around the path for you to relax on. The whole area was so peaceful. The kids loved the playground & we all enjoyed both the indoor & outdoor swimming pools!! Both pools were nice & warm. It was nice to be so close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but when you're on the property it seem secluded.

Large 3bd/2ba condo in a prime location to easily access all the fun things in area! Room was spacious and well furnished. Pool area was great too but will have to walk to separate building for access.

The unit needs a real good cleaning, walking on the the floors with socks on the bottoms would turn black.The host Mickey responded very quickly.The kitchen was well equipped, could stand a little better cleaning.Family friendly, lots of sleeping accommodations.
