Location is great. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Very near the Eiffel Tower. Lots of good cafe and restaurants nearby
The small kitchen works well. I could cook breakfast.

Tolle Lage in einem angenehmen und sicheren Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Bäckereien sowie Bus und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltetes Apartment mit besonderem Charme, da es sich offenbar um einen ehemaligen Laden handelt. Gemütliches Bett und weiche Handtücher. Hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche, inklusive Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, sowie ein tipptopp gepflegtes Bad. Sehr freundlicher Service und nette, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft.
Kaum Stauraum für Kleidung. Schlechte Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, eine nicht funktionierende Heizung und dadurch ein kühles, etwas muffiges Raumklima.
Sehr schlechte Schallisolierung: Lärm von der Straße durch sehr dünne Fenster (Lieferverkehr ab 6 Uhr morgens und vorbeilaufende, sprechende Menschen) und starke Knall- und Schleifgeräusche aus der Wohnung darüber oder daneben beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt erheblich. Schlafen ohne Ohropax war nicht möglich und Entspannung wurde durch den Lärm gestört.

Emplacement extra. Assez loin pour ne pas être avec trop de touristes. Des restos à proximité avec beaucoup de locaux. Format pour 2 personnes maximum cependant:)
Un air conditionnée serait un must. Il y fait chaud et une seule petite fenêtre utilisable donnant sur la rue donc non pratique lorsque nous dormons. Il faut aussi prendre en compte que c’est directement sur une rue passante donc le matin les camions de livraisons peuvent être dérangeant :)

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko metro. pokój przytulny dobrze urządzony.
Nagle dostałam wiadomości o prośbę aby wpłacić kaucje za mój pobyt 300€,
Poprzez Link, strona nie była obsługiwana przez booking,musiałam podać swoje dane karty bo inaczej właściciel nie chciał udostępnić danych obiektu takich jak adres czy kod. Budynek kompletnie nie oznaczony ani numerem ani widocznym napisem, wchodząc do pokoju tak na prawdę prawie położyliśmy się na łóżko. Mieliśmy wrażenie że śpimy na dworzu przez hałas oraz drzwi które można by było śmiało wyrwać przy mocniejszym pociągnięciu.
