Fantastic self contained villa with every comfort provided for a six day stay. The quiet, rural location was peaceful with amazing night skies and local livestock neighbours and still only a 5 minute drive to town.

The house was clean and tidy, I specifically liked the scene toward farm houses and horse ranch. Everything was available in the kitchen, specifically there was a good size, clean and new fridge. The bathroom was clean, comfy and great. Also air-conditioned was excellent.
To drive in/out we had to drive through the tracks that wasn't covered by asphalt, while driving there was a lot of dust made around, i had to take my car for a good car wash as there was a thick layer of dust on it.

The place was super spacious, great loungeroom, dining table, super tidy, and had quite literally EVERYTHING you needed. I've never been anywhere that had such a comprehensively stocked kitchen - full fridge/freezer, oven, 4 burner cook top,air fryer, multiple plates, types of glasses, oil, cling wrap, all utensils, pots n pans, laundry needs plus more. Great block out curtains.Close to Kingscote for supplies and as a travel hub.
The main bed while firm, did sag on one side a little. (Didn't prevent getting a decent sleep).

Good accommodation for KI. If u search ull find it quite good compared to other accommodations in KI but dont expect sth super luxurious or super clean its good enough.
The owner entered the property when we were away and we had locked the doors without notifying us. Thats considered break-in and can easily be reported to the police but we didnt wanna ruin our trip experience. If you notice they are entering your property when u r away pls report it to the cops and give them a good lesson to respect the clients boundary.
We requested a cot for our room and they provided sth that was so filthy and worn down that it was like they got it out of a bin.
There are so many dos and donts notices around the house. I understand there are lots of dodgy clients but the notes are extreme and excessive. Looks like the owner is so obsessed with the property. They can raise the price and add more freedom but theyll struggle with finding customers. Hence they kept it this way in the middle to make profit.
