We were hear with our three year old and were worried in would be too posh or snobby but it was quite the opposite- all the perks of being in a 5 star hotel with a genuinely comfortable and welcoming vibe and beautiful surroundings.

First, the staff is extremely helpful and provided an impeccable service from check-in, breakfast, any query to the smooth checkout.

Great location and beautiful building with its own courtyard.

Friendly staff and good sized comfortable bedroom. Lovely and clean apart from a bit of mould in the coffee machine which needed cleaning which the cleaner did tackle immediately. Comfortable bar area but snacks disappointing. The Palazzo courtyard area was really lovely, great atmosphere.
Lack of a quiet space within the hotel . Background music seemed to be playing in all public areas. Not enough plates/bowls at breakfast time as staff had to bring out warm plates, not good when having yogurt, cold meats and cheese etc.
