2 bed, 2 bath villa. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom- queen bed, 2nd bedroom- queen bed & bunk beds. Sleeper Sofa in living room. Three televisions, including 40" in living room. LVP flooring.
New in 2025- updated kitchen.
Wireless internet. Large deck. Pool & shuttle to the beach are steps away. Dining room seats six. Facilities include indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, and tennis facilities. (Sea Colony charges a badge fee upon check in. Season badge fee: 01/01 to 05/07-$15, 05/08 to 06/11-$25, 06/12 to 09/17-$58, 09/18 to 09/24-$25, 09/25 to 12/31-$15. Guest badges are required for each person per length of stay, ages 4 and up and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. These badges are required for all guest/renters and must be worn while on Sea Colony property. The badge fee covers your parking passes (2 per property).

We had the best time! This area of Sea Colony is so nice and quiet—and the pool is mere steps away. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Hope to be back next summer!

FIVE STARS!This was our third July 4th vacation in Bethany, and our second at Sea Colony. The hosts here were great, the communication was smooth, seamless, and collaborative. The unit is the closest house to the pool, and the tram stops at the pool, so the location is ideal. The dumpster is about five parking stops from the unit. The unit's interior is "beach/ocean" themed. I prefer more modern, but honesty it's a cute look for a week in Bethany, and it's done tastefully. If you need to hear one complaint, it's that the recycling dumpsters are a block or two away, but that's on Sea Colony. CONCLUDING THOUGHTS: I would stay in this unit again no question! Hosts are terrific.
